
Some are natural self motivators and have the drive on a regular basis, others have to discipline them selves to do it and some needs to work at it.

Focusing on the dreams you want to achieve and positive things you like to do and doing them little and a time.
People who are self motivated have more confidence and have more self esteem.
Develop time management skills from previous experiences to achieve more.
Learning new things and challenging your self will keep you on the edge, this in return will keep you motivated.
When you continue to have this focus it becomes automatic, it becomes a routine and before you know it you are a motivated person. It is the little steps you take that will lead you to your destination.
